We visit the property, review existing conditions and access, and discuss a proposed scope of work.

Written proposal
You receive a written proposal setting out the work included, the conditions, and the exclusions.

Permits and professionals
Where the scope requires it, we coordinate permit submittals and the licensed professionals involved.

Execution and updates
Work is scheduled and supervised on site, with progress and any changes communicated as they come up.

Walkthrough and handover
We complete a final walkthrough with you, address the punch list, and hand over the finished work.
